Welcome, this is a VMware image of the Linux distro Ubuntu 9.10 that runs in the free VMware Player available at: http://www.vmware.com/download/player/ Install the player, start it, click open and navigate to the folder in which you extracted this zip file. Then open the .vmx file. After a while you may be asked to log in: users and passwords - username: user password: user - administrative password: user From there on lean back and enjoy!
